Enter the Our Valley Cooks Recipe Challenge to be named BEST VALLEY COOK !
DEADLINE: January 24, 2010 at MIDNIGHT. Late submissions will not be accepted.
PRIZES: Trip for 2 to NEW YORK CITY, to include passes to see a taping of the Food Network's Iron Chef America and a gift certificate to one of Mario Batali's NYC restaurants.
No one goes away empty handed! Each entrant will receive the following:
-A Free General Admission ticket to Our Valley Cooks on March 6th, 2010
-A $10.00 gift card for Catullo Prime Meats
-Entry to win a VIP Meet and Greet with Celebrity Chef Melissa d'Arabian of the Food Network
SUBMISSION FEE: $10- All proceeds from Our Valley Cooks will go to Meridian Services, the area's largest non-profit addiction and mental health services agency. For more information about Meridian Services, visit www.meridianservices.org.

Three Categories: PASTA, ENTREE, & DESSERT. After the deadline, top area chefs will choose 3 Finalists in each category (9 Finalists total). The Finalists will compete LIVE at Our Valley Cooks on March 6, 2010 (Recipes must be completed in 1 hour). A winner from each category will be chosen and a grand prize winner will then be selected by Celebrity Chef, Melissa d'Arabian!
